Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial and Strategy Lead with background in fund raising to lead our financing efforts in support of our electric mobility solutions.
• As the Chief Financial and Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing financing strategies to support the acquisition, leasing, investment and financing of electric vehicles and associated infrastructure.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and financial institutions to structure and execute financing solutions that drive the adoption of electric mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financing strategies to support the acquisition, leasing, and financing of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners to secure financing solutions tailored to the needs of the company and its customers.
• Lead the negotiation and structuring of financing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align financing strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks in the asset financing space.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financing processes, enhance customer experience, and maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in asset financing & Investment, leasing, or corporate finance, preferably within the automotive, transportation, or renewable energy sector.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess risk.
• Knowledge of electric mobility industry trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape is a plus.
