We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketer to join our hospitality company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful online marketing strategies.
  • This role involves managing and optimizing our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving traffic and conversions through various digital channels.
  • The Digital Marketer will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and leverage digital marketing trends and opportunities to enhance brand presence.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Develop multimedia content including videos, infographics, and images to support marketing campaigns.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends and conversations.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Create and manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and insights to senior management.

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, retargeting, and sponsored content.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
