Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our hospitality company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to create visually compelling graphics.
• This role involves working closely with the marketing and branding teams to develop high-quality visuals that enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.
• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.

Job Responsibilities
Design and Development:

• Create visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website elements.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Conceptualization:

• Generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create sketches, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas to stakeholders.

Brand Identity:

• Develop and enhance the company’s visual brand identity.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Quality Assurance:

• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
• Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand.

Feedback and Improvement:

• Seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve designs.
• Continuously improve design skills and knowledge through self-learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and high-quality design work.
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Creative thinker with a passion for design and innovation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle constructive criticism and adapt designs based on feedback.
