Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a combined Graphics Designer and Video Editor on a contract basis. In this dual role, you will work remotely to create visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that enhances our brand presence and supports our marketing efforts. This role is commission-based, with earnings tied to the performance and impact of the creative content produced.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphic designs for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
• Video Production: Create, edit, and produce video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visual and video content that supports promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and videos align with Midley Interior Designs' brand identity and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
• Design and Video Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design and video trends and tools, continuously innovating to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Editing and Post-Production: Perform video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks to ensure high-quality output.
• Motion Graphics: Incorporate motion graphics and special effects to enhance video content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from team members and make necessary revisions to designs and videos.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of design and video materials, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of creative and impactful designs and videos.

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent visual storytelling and creative skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional content.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
