Job Title: Dentist

Description

• Our client is looking for a Dentist to strengthen their Dental team.
• Reporting to the Medical Director, you will perform oral examinations, identify and treat problems with the teeth and mouth. You will advise patients on how to maintain good oral health and give them tips on how to prevent diseases of the teeth and gums.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Take patients’ medical histories
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment including regular cleaning, root canals, surgical extractions, implants and cosmetic dentistry
• Refer patients for surgery or orthodontic work
• Make moulds of patients’ teeth and prepare prosthetics such as crowns, plates and implants
• Maintain accurate patient records and details of consultations
• Keep up with best practices, new technologies and innovations in the field of dentistry
• Manage a team including Hygienists, Dental Assistants and administrative staff

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year working in a Dental Surgery as a Dentist
• Degree in Dentistry
• Registered Dentist
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Being detail-oriented and thorough

• Good leadership skills
