Job Description

• As a Company Car Driver at Davina Hill Resort & Hotel, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for company personnel, clients, and guests.
• Your role is crucial in ensuring timely and comfortable travel while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company personnel, clients, and guests to various locations as directed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Assist passengers with luggage and other items as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant travel experience for all passengers.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a professional driver.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a company driver or chauffeur.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• First aid and defensive driving certifications.
