About the Role

• As a Product Marketing Manager at Luxe hub, you’re a creative member of our Growth team and collaborate closely with our Product, Design, Sales, and Engineering Teams to define and maintain our brand.
• You’re an avid storyteller, possess a keen understanding of user needs and behaviors, and can implement a flawless marketing strategy.
• You’ll be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, developing & executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating efforts across various marketing disciplines, including digital and social media to achieve our brand goals. If you are passionate about building new use cases and driving opportunities, this role is for you!

Qualifications

• Knowledge of booking and management software is a plus.
• Background in design and copywriting is a plus
• B.Sc / BA in Marketing / Communications or similar field

• You have a bias for action - speed matters in business. You’re a self starter.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify brand and marketing decisions to stakeholders.
• You are a strong facilitator who collaborates across lots of different functions (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
• You’re a self-motivated, creative, and solutions-focused team player.
• You have excellent leadership, judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding relevant established targets and KPIs.
• You have knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc)

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly
