Job Title: Head of Cooperative Business

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Job

• We are looking to hire a passionate market leader on to our team

Responsibilities

• Drive member acquisition for the cooperative
• Lead all marketing activities for the cooperative
• Promote the cooperative’s products and services to potential members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members of the cooperative
• Manage the affairs of the cooperative such as regulatory compliance, periodic meetings etc.
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Generate diversified and sustainable revenue base for its stakeholders
• Develop and manage business opportunities for the cooperative
• Implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of First Degree (BSc/HND) preferably in numeric disciplines e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance etc. or other Business-related field.
• Past Experience in Co-operative Business and Operations would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years at Middle management level with demonstrated success in such role.
• Very strong leadership skills and a rich industry network is very important.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Financial services industry
• Highly motivated with strong commitment to work with customers at the bottom of the pyramid
• Demonstrated track record in people management.
