• About the role: Our esteemed client is actively seeking a committed and seasoned General Manager Operations to supervise the operations and maintenance of photovoltaic solar and renewable energy power plants.
• This role presents an exhilarating opportunity to contribute to the expansion of renewable energy solutions, with a particular emphasis on technologies such as Photovoltaic Solar, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), Gas-to-Power, Hydroelectricity, Wind Power, Hydrogen and Hybrid Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of photovoltaic solar and renewable energy power plants.
• Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with industry standards.
• Formulate and execute strategies for continuous enhancement in operational processes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Lead a team of professionals, nurturing a culture of collaboration and commitment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing renewable energy power plants on an operational basis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Photovoltaic Solar and other renewable technologies
• Robust leadership skills with a commitment to fostering teamwork.
