We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Key Accounts Officer - Remote

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand the client’s business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Conversion:

  • Identify and convert sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new products, services, and offerings.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client issues and inquiries.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve products and services.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within key accounts.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales conversion strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary

  • N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.
