Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of a Beauty Lounge operations.
• As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of beauty professionals, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Beauty Lounge, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all beauty treatments and salon activities.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee product procurement to meet client demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative beauty techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a beauty salon, spa, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of beauty treatments, skincare products, and salon operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
