Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required. Master's Degree (MBA or similar would be added advantage).
• Extensive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Strong creative abilities, with experience in developing innovative marketing campaigns and materials that capture the target audience's attention.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Moz) for optimizing online presence and campaigns.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
• Established network of contacts within the industry, including media outlets, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
