Job Title: Supervisor

Job Summary

• As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and sales activities within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Your role is critical in maintaining product availability, Visibility and Accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key distributors, Salons and retailers in your territory.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery and stocking of Lush Hair products at customer locations.
• Provide Feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitor activities and market trends, and report findings to the sales management team.
• Assist in implementing local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a National Diploma or NCE in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using sales tools and technology, such as SFA and mobile apps.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer trends.
