Job Profile

• We are looking for an innovative, self-driven, and ambitious Project Manager to join our Project Management team!
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and completion of projects within the stipulated timeline.

Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your job responsibilities include the following: 

• Ensure the set-up of all project schedules/plans using relevant project management tools.
• Track completion of all project activities on a daily and weekly basis against the approved project plan and identify possible delays/risks.
• Engage relevant stakeholders in relation to project activities and ensure timely completion of project tasks/deliverables within the stipulated timeline.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Ensure availability of internal resources (project participants), client teams, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Delegate tasks to relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Make occasional visits to the client's office as and when required.
• Ensure that project contracts are signed at the beginning of a project and project completion documents are signed off by relevant stakeholders at the end of a project.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of related work experience in Fin-tech, a software company, Banking, IT Infrastructure, Telecommunication company, etc.
• You have a good knowledge of software, Payment, and banking.
• You have strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and work well in a team. 
• You are creative and intuitive with an eye for detail. 

These are some of the nitty-gritty things you may have listed on your CV/LinkedIn profile but certainly do not define who you are:  

• B.Sc/B.Eng in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related subject areas.   
• Experience working in the Payment or Fin-tech industries will be an advantage. 
• Project management certifications.

Physical Requirements:
We currently run a flexible work structure; some days are remote while others require you to collaborate with colleagues at the office location. For each situation, you may have:  

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
