We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Lead

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Growth
• Market Analysis and strategy
• Customers and Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
• Business collaboration, management, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the construction or building materials industry specifically, like POP cement, paint etc.
• In-depth understanding of the construction market and building materials industry trends.
• Strong Digital marketing and business development skills, with proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement creative marketing strategies with results of increased sales.
• Proficient in SEO optimization, MS office suite, and CRM tools.
• Strong collaboration skills, build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work as a team and independently with positive motivation and attitude to work.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
