We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Oke-Bola - Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Manage employee benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in HR software packages, is a plus.
• Preferred Gender: Female

N150,000 monthly
