Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and sales acumen.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to increase sales.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Develop and implement sales plans and achieve targets.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales. Experience in the Agric sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Target-oriented.
