Job Title: IT Sales Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients of the Company.
Drive sales from Corporate Accounts and Financial Institutions.
Achieve set financial target from all accounts managed.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and the decision makers across all verticals within corporate sectors including Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing etc.
Build, maintain and leveraging available network of contacts to generate new leads.
Have a full understanding of the Company’s products and services and generate demand by presenting them to potential clients.
Achieve set financial targets from all accounts managed.
Recommend enhancements that will give the Company a clear competitive advantage.
Drive new business by promoting the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators to prospective clients in comparison to competitors.
Develop sales growth strategies; tactics and action plans required to achieve all the key objectives (financial, operational and customer satisfaction).
Prepare proposals relevant to the client’s needs, goals, roadmap and where applicable in response to request for proposals and quotes.
Pipeline management: Build sales pipeline, develop and implement sales activity plans across the period and year.
Conduct professional meetings, comprehensively questioning and listening to fully understand customer requirements.
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, Security, and tech products.
Demonstrable track record of work experience as a Sales Officer/Manager
Proven knowledge of selling complex business solutions in a Tech business environment, especially FSI
Comprehensive understanding of the Tech business environments and current trends.
Knowledge / Skills:

Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets
This is a “hunter” role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives within middle market companies
