Job Title: Product Implementation Specialist
Location: Minna, Niger

Role Description
The Product Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring successful customer adoption of the company's product.
They bridge the gap between sales and technical teams, working closely with clients to configure, install, and train them on using the product effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into project requirements.
Configure and implement the product according to customer specifications and best practices.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure user proficiency with the product's functionalities.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to customers throughout the implementation process.
Document configuration processes and training materials for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Gather customer feedback and identify areas for product improvement or future training needs.
May assist with data migration or integration with existing customer systems.
Gather requirements to understand the client’s specific HR, Payroll, Data Capturing, and Digitization needs.
Configure SoftSUITE and Ebioverify to meet the client’s requirements, including data migration and system customization.
Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations, and training sessions.
Generate and maintain detailed project documentation.
Ability to put together a presentation to meet the client's requirements
Weekly/daily report a project status
Provide post-Go-live support to ensure successful system adoption and address any questions or issues.
Travel throughout Niger State (as needed).
Collaborate effectively with the wider SoftSUITE team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in HR systems implementation or a similar technical role.
Project Management Professional (PMP), HR certifications
Experience working with software applications and implementing technical solutions.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in technical documentation and training materials development.
Familiarity with the company's product or similar technology is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software implementation is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel within Niger State (as needed).
Fluency in English and Hausa languages (highly desirable).
