About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support our Business API product at Kuda.
• As a Product Manager - Business API, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure our Business API aligns with our overall business objectives and delivers value to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap for the Business API, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver high-quality API products that meet the needs of our customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of our Business API.
• Support the Senior Product Manager in developing go-to-market strategies and driving adoption of our Business API.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Ensure the Business API adheres to industry best practices and standards for security, performance, and scalability.
• Assist in maintaining API documentation and communicating technical changes to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the development of a developer- friendly API marketplace to promote discoverability, ease of use, and adoption of our Business API.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the API ecosystem and share insights with the team.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure our BusinessAPI and related services comply with regulatory requirements and Kuda's KYB/KYC procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to API products or developer- facing products.
• Familiarity with API technologies, architectures, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
•  Passion for delivering high-quality products that delight customers and drive business value.
