Job Title: Factory Human Resource Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Human Resource Manager at GBfoods Nigeria, located in Lagos.
• The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
• They will collaborate with the factory management team to ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
• Relevant HR certifications is compulsory.
