Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

• He/she is responsible for the commercial management of the production of products and services by;
• Creating, implementing and overseeing communications programs, be it internal or external that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
• Overseeing and managing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining existing clients
• Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
• Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
• Giving presentations to clients about products or services.
• Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
• Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
• Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
• Ensure effective digital marketing tools are in place and are being utilized.
• Product Promotion: Promote and sell E-mmex products on your e-commerce platform, social media channels, or other online marketplaces.
• Order Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate with E-mmerx to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Marketing and Advertising: Utilize various digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and SEO, to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales and commissions earned.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with E-Marx policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A B.Sc / HND degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Additional professional qualification in a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1year relevant experience.

Salary
N140,000 - N160,000 / month.
