Job Overview

• We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Social Media and Sales Specialist to manage our online customer interactions and drive sales through various social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both customer service and sales, with a flair for graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and other social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Manage WhatsApp sales and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the sales department to align social media efforts with overall sales goals.
• Generate reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and responding to customer inquiries.
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Experience in customer service and handling feedback.
• Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
