Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a new educational institution located in Trans Nkisi Federal Housing Estate, 3-3, Onitsha. Their vision is to establish a world-class educational center anchored on both Montessori and Conventional educational systems built around sound academic excellence and high morals. Modern teaching equipment like computers and audio visuals are used as teaching aids in a student-friendly environment for accelerated learning outcomes.

Due to their desire to commence within the next month, they are urgently recruiting highly qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Teacher (Nursery or Primary)

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of children.
• Manage the reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community.
• Implement safeguarding procedures as required.
• Manage the school budget for all required expenditures such as learning materials, salaries, and also extracurricular activities.
• Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings.
• Prepare the teachers, pupils and other staff members for inspections conducted by the regulatory authority.
• Provide reports on performance, financials, and improvements to the board.
• Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment among the teachers and pupils.
• Take classes when required to cover for sickness and absence of teachers.

Qualifications

• B.Ed in Early Child Education or other Education course
• Must possess up to 10 years of robust Nursery or Primary school teaching and pupil management experience from popular schools.

Other Conditions:

• Knowledge of early learning philosophies / frameworks
• Candidates must be grounded in the management of Nursery and Playgroup pupils or Primary school pupils as the case may be
• Self-contained accommodation will be provided
• The interview mode is physical
