Job Title: Digital Marketing (Intern)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketer Intern to join our marketing team.
• As an intern, you will assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
• This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to achieve marketing goals
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
• Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, etc.) and provide insights for future content
• Assist in creating social media reports and presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms
• Collaborate with the team to identify social media opportunities and solutions
• Assist in content creation, including graphics, videos, and captions
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to marketing idea

Requirements

• Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective analytics tools
• Understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
• Strong content creation skills (writing, graphics, video)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing
