Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary 

• As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in the creation and development of visually captivating event branding, promotional materials, and digital assets. Your innovative design skills and strong visual storytelling abilities will help our clients and their events stand out in the industry.

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and event management team to develop cohesive and visually appealing event branding, including logos, color schemes, and visual elements.
• Design event-specific collateral, such as invitations, programs, signage, and backdrops, ensuring consistency with the established branding.
• Create digital assets, including social media graphics, event websites, and multimedia presentations, to effectively communicate the event's theme and messaging.
• Provide design guidance and creative solutions to the event team to enhance the overall visual impact of the event.
• Design engaging and attention-grabbing promotional materials, such as event flyers, posters, and digital advertisements, to drive event awareness and attendance.
• Develop impactful digital content, including social media graphics, animated videos, and virtual event backgrounds, to captivate the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the event's visual identity is consistently applied across all marketing channels, both digital and print.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously innovate and elevate the visual appeal of our event marketing.
• Capture event photography and videography to document the event's visual assets and create a visual archive for future reference.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent visual design skills, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Demonstrated experience in creating event-specific designs, such as branding, print collateral, and digital assets.
• Proficient in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the event management team and clients to understand their vision and translate it into visually compelling designs.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to address design-related challenges and offer creative solutions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
N2,945,000 - N3,550,000 annually.
