Job Title: Bids and Documentation Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• In Tenece, the Bids and Documentation Admin is responsible for preparing, arranging as well as processing of bid proposals, bid submissions and participate in bid openings which includes the technical and financial bid evaluation processes and provide efficient organizational support for the sales and pre-sales team, document bids that have been submitted and have passed both the technical and financial
• evaluation stages, bids that have been awarded as a contract to the company and award letters and job completion certificates that were awarded to the company after the successful completion of the contract.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet at least 90% of Tenece bids and documentation standard for each opportunity.
• Prepare, arrange and submit the required bid proposals for each bid requirements according to the bid requirement stated in the tender journal. 
• Ensure that all necessary information is gathered from every biding opening so the sales team can do a follow up on the bids submitted.
• Provide effective administrative support to the Sales and Pre-sales team.
• Arrange all requirements as requested by the Purchaser and ensure that the correct bid documents are carefully filled and submitted in accordance with the tender journal
• Identify request for expression of Interest in the tender journals and submit the necessary requirements on or before the deadline for provided for the submission.
• Document all bids submitted and gatter necessary sales Intelligence that would lead to the company closing those deals.
• Ensure that all bid documents are 95% ready for submission before the deadline for submission to avoid possible mistakes.

Educational Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5years experience in IT.
• Experience as a sales lead or sales manager will be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge in leading and managing a sales team or large business firm at entry level and middle level.
• Understanding of Sales management and delivery IT support to the sales and pre-sales team.
