Kempt Harkulson Nigeria Limited (KHNL) was set up to provide logistics support for both local and foreign companies in Nigeria. We have been offering such services for over 10 years with a growing clientele base. We have grown from a logistics support company to complete oil service Support Company providing manpower development & training, immigration consulting, travel management as well as providing guesthouse and transit accommodation for the oil & gas industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travels Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
Travel Planning and Coordination:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our travel services, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.
• Develop and customize travel packages to meet client needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best rates and arrangements.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Offer travel advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring they have all necessary information for their trips.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of travel consultants, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and service quality.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Promote travel packages and services through various channels.

Budget Management:

• Monitor and manage the travel department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Track and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.
• Monitor travel advisories and provide risk management support, including travel insurance and emergency assistance.

Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records and client databases.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving travel services and operational processes.
