Job Title: Business Manager (Operations)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Business operations managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations.
• They ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• As a result, they must be able to juggle many different responsibilities at once.
• They may need to coordinate with vendors or suppliers about new products or services, manage payroll and other human resources issues, oversee marketing efforts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
• Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality
• Reviewing financial reports to identify ways to improve profitability
• Ensuring that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions so they can be promoted through social media channels
• Reviewing menus with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met
• Managing the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours without overstaffing during slow times
• Hiring and training new employees, as well as terminating workers who are consistently underperforming or disruptive
• Establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the company.

Requirements.

• BSC/HND in Administration or related field
• 35 years’ experience as a Business Operations Manager
• Background in the Hospitality Industry is important.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
