NOC Engineer at a Leading Telecommunication Connectivity Solution Provider

Job Title: NOC Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve all levels of trouble tickets for enterprise and carriers as per SLA.
• Generate reports of network events, customer outages, and response times for management performance reviews.
• Document and diagnose underlying network architecture issues for problem resolution process.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• University Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a telecommunications environment
• Network certification such as CCNA, CCNP and CCIE
• Good knowledge of service provider IP architecture.
• Good knowledge of networking technologies - TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls & proxy
• Advanced knowledge of Visio. Able to create complex network diagrams and other.
