Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Abuja

Description

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced machine operator to join our team. As a machine operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines.
• Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will be essential to our success.
• In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process.
• This includes inspecting equipment, setting up machines, and monitoring their performance. You will be expected to follow production schedules, ensure that products meet quality standards, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition
• Set up machines for production runs and make necessary adjustments as required
• Perform machine changeovers efficiently and effectively
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery or equipment malfunctions
• Follow production schedules and work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals
• Maintain accurate production records and reports as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a machine operator in the Food & Beverages industry preferred
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality regulations
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
