Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Lagos Mainland / Island - Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive image for our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders promptly and accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Daily reconciliation of stock and Sales
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain knowledge of menu.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• OND or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Familiarity with restaurant software and POS systems
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the restaurant
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N40,000 - N45,000 Monthly.
