Job Title: Male Hostel Manager

Job Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated Male Hostel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the male hostel at our newly established nursing school.
• The Male Hostel Manager will ensure a safe, supportive, and conducive living environment for male students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the male hostel, including room assignments, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations, and address student concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise hostel staff and foster a positive and respectful living environment for students.
• Collaborate with college administration on hostel policies and student welfare initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven 2-3years experience in hostel management, facility management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Understanding of student development and support services.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
