Executive Assistant to MD / CEO at Repton Group

Repton Group is a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out business in general commerce, distribution, haulage, agriculture and allied services. We are major Lafarge, Dangote, and Bua cement distributors across Nigeria. We distribute products across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT Abuja. In addition, we haul products from the factories in Obajana, Kogi State, Gboko, Benue State, Ibese, Ogun State and numerous distribution and sales depots. We also operate own strategic depots across the country with a goal to make the products available to Project sites and end user locations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant to MD / CEO

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• HND, BSc or MSc in Management or any related field.
• Have top understanding of dealing with deadline and anchoring most CEO task
• Possess adequate understanding of top executive roles and responsibilties
• 6-8 years of experience in the same role.
• Excellent usage of Excel, Powerpoint Critical thinker and Leadership skill.
• Excellent Managerial Skill and detailed report writing.
• Strong verbal, written communication and impeccable attention to details.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Between the age of 35-40years
