FlexEdge is currently in the process of recruiting a Logistics Associate on behalf of our client. This position requires a dedicated, detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

• As a Logistics Associate, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the logistics team in managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Logistics Associate & the list included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added.

• Meet with Clients for collection of Documents for Clearing.
• Clearing status report to Clients at least twice a week.
• Monitor & follow up on clearing expediters on the processing & reporting any incident to Branch Manager for further action.
• Sending of ALL Clearing documents to account Team for invoicing after delivery, within 2-3 days time frame.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate and oversee the shipping/airfreight and receiving of goods.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Arrange transportation for shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit
• Represent the Company at Business meeting and revert back with report.

Basic Requirements

• Qualification is ND/HND or BSC in Business Administration/Logistics MGT/related field.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
