Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team.
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify technology trends and customer needs
• Define product vision and create a detailed product roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
• Prioritize product features and development based on business value
• Write clear and concise product requirements and specifications
• Analyze and monitor product performance metrics
• Gather and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases
• Stay current with industry advancements and competitor products
• Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders
• Manage product budgets, timelines, and resources
• Support go-to-market strategies and sales efforts
• Lead and mentor cross-functional product development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Business, or a related field. Certification in Product Management is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Manager. At least 3 - 4 years
• Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle management
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in product management tools and software
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
• Understanding of user experience and design principles
• Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
