OIC Nigeria Limited was incorporated with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in the year 2013 as a Manufacturing Company in Nigeria. It is an Integrated company with 4 divisions, that produces Human Pharmaceuticals products, Cosmetics and Therapeutic Cosmetics products, Animal drugs, Chemicals and Personal/General Care Products with registered NAFDAC approved numbers, which is involved in the Marketing and Sales of its products and services.

Its primary business and main products and services is the Marketing, Sales and distribution of Human Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and Therapeutic Cosmetics products, Animal drugs, Chemical products and Personal/General Care Products in the entire continent of Africa and World wide, in order to meet the need of the people. Its product's portfolio covers locally and internationally manufactured products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations:  Abuja (FCT), Abia, Anambra, Enugu, Imo, Kano, Lagos, Ogun and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Prepare marketing and sales strategies and oversee marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring the company meets the monthly target
  • Taking feedback from patients and clients
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials for use in different channels.
  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
  • Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
  • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Visit Hospitals/Clinics and go for presentations selling the benefits of our client for referrals.
  • Work with management to ensure our client has a water-tight referral program with other medical facilities.
  • Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as; promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or fundraising activities.

Requirements

  • Possess minimum of B.Sc in any of the following; Biological Science, Biochemistry, Physiology, Microbiology and B.Pharm.
  • Resident in the location of interest.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ideal candidates must be innovative, understand the health sector, and be key players in the industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal and people management.
  • Not more than 30 years at the time of application.
