Job Title: Product Manager - Power

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager - Power to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle of our power products, from conception to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for power products.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Define product requirements, create product specifications, and manage the product development process.

Go-to-Market Planning:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and sales training.

Product Performance and Optimization:

• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze key performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and implement changes to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the power industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to product management.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
