Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to oversee our dynamic establishment.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a high-quality dining and entertainment experience for all guests.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in line with our rock and roll theme.

Operational Efficiency:

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights.
• Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to enhance visibility.

Menu and Beverage Management:

• Work with the kitchen and bar staff to develop and update menus.
• Ensure consistency and quality of food and beverages.
• Monitor and manage stock of all beverages, including specialty cocktails and craft beers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
