PG Consulting Limited - Our client, a Ceramics & Tiles Manufacturing company, is recruiting experienced and organized individuals to join their team in the capacity below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Participate and work on setting up of exhibitions and follow it up
• Work on artwork changes as per needs, with innovation and engage with suppliers etc
• Work on both ATL and BTL activities
• Keep a tab on competition marketing trends
• Work on new launches
• Create a corporate strategy and vision for the company
• Work on corporate presentation
• Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
• Engage with sales team to work on branding of distributor points.

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or a similar field
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Marketing Manager
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
• Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
• Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
• Ability to travel as necessary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abuja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Experience:

• Building material or manufacturing: 7 years (Required)
• Marketing Head: 5 years (Required).

Remuneration

• Salary: Highly Competitive & Negotiable
• Commission.
