Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Creative and Administrative Assistant.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively.
• The successful candidate will provide administrative support, create social media content, and assist with various creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the fashion brand
• ⁠Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist with creative projects, including design, styling, and visual merchandising
• ⁠Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers and increase brand awareness
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ⁠Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• ⁠Show willingness to learn and grow with the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry
• ⁠Familiarity with fashion industry operations and terminology
• Social media savvy with experience in creating content
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
• Passion for fashion and understanding of industry trends and developments.
