Job Description

• We are seeking a recent graduate to fill the role of Shipping Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in logistics and shipping.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Booking placements for shipments as per operational needs.
• Submitting shipping instructions for different shipping lines.
• Tracking shipments to provide up-to-date information on their status.
• Following up with agents and relevant authorities to ensure all pre-shipment documentation is completed and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a second-class upper division degree or higher.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Candidate must not be more than 26 years old.
