Job Description

• Are you a strategic thinker with a strong accounting background and exceptional skills in trade execution? Do you have the ability to support commodity traders and ensure compliance in fast-paced trading environments? If so, this role is perfect for you!
• As a Trade Execution Specialist, you will support Commodity Traders in placing trades on the derivatives markets.
• Your role involves ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulations, and policies, and preparing daily marked-to-market accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Execution Supervisors:

• Ensure all trades comply with internal controls, regulations, and policies.
• Enter trades directly with brokers.
• Prepare daily marked-to-market accounting reports to measure and manage risk.
• Receive trade instructions from the Supervisors.
• Ensure trades are accurately entered and end-of-day reports are issued.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other Office products.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Understanding of derivative markets (intensive one-month training program provided).
• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with 1 year experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
