Job Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while also supporting the daily operations of the office.
• This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage the front desk, including answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support the operations team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and providing necessary orientation materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite [Word, Excel, Outlook] and familiarity with office equipment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
