The group consists of six (6) subsidiaries specializing in various aspects of the aviation industry downstream, along with two (2) affiliates, one of which operates in the upstream aviation sector. Job Title: B2B Sales Team Lead
Location: Lagos

Job Purpose
As a B2B Sales Team Lead, you are responsible for leading and managing a team of B2B sales executives, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, training and coaching team members, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of B2B sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and develop strategies to acquire and retain them
Assist the manager in making accurate and rapid cost calculations, and provide techniques such as cold calls to ensure they become prospects for new business
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service
Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges
Consolidate team reports and prepare weekly and monthly reports on B2B sales progress to the Unit Head
Perform any other related duties as assigned
Qualification & Certification
First Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
MBA or Professional membership/certification is an added advantage
Experience:
At least 3-4 years’ professional experience in a similar role, with 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in the travel industry, in B2B, B2C, and Corporate sales is an added advantage
