We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Unit Head

Location: Yola, Adamawa

Job Overview

  • As the Business Unit Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our operations.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing operations, and ensuring profitability.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a significant impact and contribute to the company's expansion.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth objectives and expand market presence.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and revenue generation in the region.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and market trends to inform product development and service offerings.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the financial performance of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to assess performance and drive profitability.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector, fintech or related field.
