About the Role

• As the HR Manager, you will oversee all human resources activities, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and policies.
• Your role is crucial in recruiting and onboarding new talent, managing employee relations, and driving performance and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.

Policy Development and Execution:

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Manage the compensation and benefits program to ensure competitive and fair practices.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances.
• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Performance Management:

• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.

Learning and Development:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Oversee employee development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with additional HR qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years as a Manager.
• Expertise in local labor laws of Nigeria.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
