Job Title: Human Capital Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop key HR functions to drive seamless business operations and report on additional staff requirements.
• Review and distribute the corporate company handbook.
• Identify and retain employees with the necessary skills and competencies for business growth.
• Interfaces with regulatory bodies as required for people related issues e.g. Pension remittance, training fund NSITF etc.
• Document employee's feedback and submit monthly progress activity reports to the Executive Management Team.
• Ensures that company management practices comply with federal, state and local legislations.
• Maintain a robust HRIS to ensure optimal HR service delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years as an HR Manager (Logistics Firm)
• Certified in CIPM, PHRi, SHRM) is an added advantage.

Salary
N350,000 - N350,000 / month.
