Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Van Sales Executive to join our sales team.
• In this role, you will be attached to a van and responsible for selling our products to customers through direct sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make Sales with a van and deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Van Routes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Van Sales Executive or similar role in sales.
• Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
• Ability to build productive business relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
• Previous experience in the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industry.
