Job Title: Intern Pharmacist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: 4 days a week

Position Overview

• We're seeking a motivated Intern Pharmacist to join our team in Lekki. As an Intern Pharmacist, you'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development in the field of pharmacy.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide counseling to patients on medication usage and precautions.
• Monitor the expiration date of all inventory and close-dated products, reporting promptly to the branch head for immediate action.
• Ensure shelves and products in the store are properly cleaned, arranged, and appealing.
• Manage and supervise cleaners, merchandisers, and security personnel to ensure excellence in their tasks.
• Assist the Pharmacist in performing duties.
• Help manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
• Provisional registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
• Completion of pharmacy induction.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for patient care.
• Must be willing to resume immediately.
